How do I start learning a new language?
Open the Spoka app, select your target language from the language selector on the home screen, choose your proficiency level, and start chatting with your AI tutor. The AI will adapt to your skill level and provide personalized lessons.
What languages are supported?
Spoka currently supports German (Deutsch), Spanish (Español), French (Français), Italian (Italiano), and English. More languages are coming soon based on user feedback!
How does voice practice work?
Tap the microphone button during conversations to practice pronunciation. Spoka uses advanced speech recognition to help improve your speaking skills and provides feedback on your pronunciation.
What's included in the Premium subscription?
Premium includes unlimited AI conversations, advanced voice features, access to all languages, detailed progress analytics, offline mode, and priority support. Free users get 10 conversations per day.
How can I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, scroll to the Account section, and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data. You can also contact support for assistance with account deletion.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your conversations are processed securely, we don't share data with third parties for advertising, and you can delete your data anytime. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
The app crashes or won't load. What should I do?
Try restarting the app first. If issues persist, restart your device, check for app updates in the App Store, and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Contact support if problems continue.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Spoka, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app.
