By downloading, installing, or using the Spoka app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Spoka

Cancellation

• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription

Intellectual Property

• AI responses and generated content are owned by Spoka
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Our trademarks and logos are protected

Your Content

• You retain rights to content you create
• You grant us license to use content for service operation
• You are responsible for content you upload

• Terminated users forfeit remaining subscription time
